Bigger isn’t better

In the business world there’s a borderline unhealthy obsession with growth.  Everyone wants their company to grow to be bigger and more successful.

Here’s why that’s a trap.

Growing bigger isn’t better.  Doubling the size of your team only makes sense if your revenue is growing MUCH faster.

Instead, look to process improvement and operational efficiency as better options to be able to do more with what you already have.

This way you’ll get the work done AND be able to keep the increased revenue as profit making your firm stronger instead of just bigger.
