What is your firm’s USP or Unique Selling Proposition?

I’m not referring to what your firm does (bookkeeping, tax, etc.).  I’m referring to why your target market client would choose your firm over another.

That’s your USP.

 

Let’s take a look at mine as an example – I help firm’s grow their profit without hiring.

If you run a firm this statement might strike a chord with you.  Why?  It’s because most firms have only ever grown through hiring which is currently harder than ever.
