Some of the biggest mistakes I witness from those trying to build successful product business is completing steps out of order.  As such, I have a tendency to break down what should be done into a series of easy to follow steps.

Today, I want to talk about getting started with building your product sales process.

The first step is to achieve what I refer to as problem-solution fit.

Problem-solution fit is when you’ve uncovered both a problem worth solving AND validated that your product will beat the existing solution.

Once you’ve reached this step, you’re ready to build product sales into a process.
